ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Monterra website turns the atmosphere of the estate, the character of its wines and the private tasting proposition into one gradually unfolding story. Instead of a conventional product catalogue, visitors follow a digital journey from the landscape through the cellar to the table.
The complete experience works in English, Hungarian, German and Italian. Content hierarchy, motion and interaction preserve the same calm premium character in every language.
STARTING POINT
The premium character could not rely on striking imagery alone. The stories of the land, cellar and wines had to become one digital experience while remaining clear and easy to navigate.
Alongside its visual richness, every section has a clear role: introduce the estate, guide visitors through the wines or move interest towards a private tasting.
THE SOLUTION
I designed a full-screen cinematic opening, scroll-led storytelling, an interactive barrel selector and a dedicated tasting book. The restrained black-and-gold system, large-scale typography and deliberate motion carry the same premium character across every screen.
The barrels, bottles and pouring motion are not decoration but ways to discover the content. A separate Tasting Book connects the collection with seasons and food pairings.
OUTCOME
The responsive experience is available in four languages and connects the brand story, wine collection and private tasting proposition in one coherent journey.
The result is technically layered yet calm to use, retaining its cinematic character across desktop and mobile screens.
